The PHARM+Excellence 2026 Annual Conference aims to unite healthcare professionals, social service providers, researchers, educators, and policymakers to explore innovative approaches for advancing community pharmacy practice and fostering interprofessional collaboration in primary healthcare. Focusing on translating strategic policies and international best practices into scalable, community-centered pharmacy models, the conference seeks to enhance primary healthcare services across Hong Kong. By sharing successful case studies, cutting-edge research, and policy frameworks, this conference aspires to catalyze the development of sustainable, accessible, and people-centred pharmacy services that empower communities and improve health outcomes.
Dear all,
On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you to PHARM+Excellence 2026: Transforming Vision into Action in Primary Healthcare, to be held on 31 October 2026 at Rayson Huang Theatre of The University of Hong Kong, in a hybrid format.
With the theme “Enhancing Primary Healthcare Pharmacy: Strategies for Sustainable Community Health”, this conference focuses on turning strategic policies, international best practices, and local experience into scalable, community‑centred pharmacy models across Hong Kong. We will bring together healthcare professionals, social service providers, researchers, educators, and policymakers to strengthen the role of community pharmacy in primary healthcare.
Through keynote speeches, symposia, and comparative panel discussions, we will explore policy directions, innovative service models, and practice‑based research that advance high‑quality primary healthcare services. The programme will feature local and international perspectives on strategic development of community pharmacy, sustainable funding models, and global innovations.
I sincerely encourage you to join us, share your expertise, and be part of this collective effort to move from vision to action in primary healthcare pharmacy. Your participation will enrich the dialogue and help shape sustainable, accessible, and patient‑centred pharmacy services for our communities.
We look forward to welcoming you to PHARM+Excellence 2026 and to inspiring conversations that drive the next phase of primary healthcare pharmacy.
Best regards,
